Overview

Alaydad LLC operates the Alay mobile application and related services. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request, what data is deleted, what may be retained, and how long processing takes.

This process is designed to meet Google Play Data Safety and Apple App Store account and data deletion requirements.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1 — Web request (recommended)

Use the form below or email info@visabot.net from the same email address registered to your Alay account. We use this to verify your identity.

Your email client should open with a pre-filled request. If it does not, email info@visabot.net with subject “Alay Data Deletion Request”. We will confirm within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email

Send an email to info@visabot.net with the subject line “Alay Data Deletion Request” and include your registered email address in the body.

Option 3 — In the app

You may also delete your account directly in the Alay app:

  1. Open the Alay app and sign in
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
  3. Confirm deletion when prompted

Web and email requests are equally valid and may be preferable if you no longer have access to the app or need assistance with an active subscription.

What We Delete

When your deletion request is processed, we delete or anonymize the following data associated with your account:

  • Account credentials (Firebase authentication)
  • Profile information: name, email, contact details
  • Visa-related preferences: country, city, visa type, appointment preferences
  • Passport details entered in text form in the app
  • Push notification tokens and device registration identifiers
  • In-app appointment history, booking status, and application progress
  • Support chat history tied to your account

What We May Retain

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons after account deletion:

Stripe payment records Up to 7 years Tax, accounting, and fraud prevention (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
Anonymized analytics aggregates Indefinite Product improvement — contains no personally identifiable information
Security and audit logs Up to 90 days Abuse prevention, incident response, and system integrity
Support correspondence Up to 2 years Dispute resolution and regulatory compliance

Processing Timeline

  • Identity verification: within 7 business days of receiving your request
  • Complete deletion: within 30 days of verified request
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

After Deletion

  • Your account cannot be recovered after deletion is complete
  • Active paid services or subscriptions should be cancelled before deletion, or contact info@visabot.net for assistance
  • You may create a new account in the future, but previous data will not be restored

Children’s Privacy

Alay is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided data may request deletion by emailing info@visabot.net.
