AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Alaydad LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with a mailing address at 124 Broadkill Rd #1024, Milton, DE 19968 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the VisaBot mobile application, the website https://visabot.net, and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
VisaBot is a visa assistance and notification service that provides digital tools related to visa appointment monitoring, booking attempts, and general visa-related support.
The Services may include, but are not limited to:
  • Notifications regarding available visa appointment slots;
  • Automated or semi-automated attempts to book visa appointments;
  • Manual assistance or consultation related to visa applications and appointment processes.
VisaBot does not issue visas, does not make decisions regarding visa applications, and does not guarantee appointment availability, booking success, or visa approval.

2. NO AFFILIATION & NO GUARANTEE
VisaBot is a private commercial service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government authority, embassy, consulate, or official visa application center.
All visa-related decisions, appointment availability, processing timelines, and outcomes are determined solely by the respective governmental or third-party authorities.
Use of the Services does not guarantee:
  • Availability of visa appointments;
  • Successful booking of an appointment;
  • Approval or issuance of a visa.

3. USER ACCOUNTS
3.1 Registration
To use the Services, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
3.2 One Account per User
Each user is permitted to maintain one (1) account only. Account sharing, resale, sublicensing, or transfer of accounts is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate any account if we reasonably believe that the user has:
  • Violated these Terms;
  • Provided false, misleading, or incomplete information;
  • Engaged in abuse, fraud, misuse of automation, or unlawful activity;
  • Interfered with or attempted to compromise the integrity of the Services.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS
By using the Services, you agree that:
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current;
  • You will not submit false or misleading passport or personal data;
  • You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services;
  • You will not use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems to abuse the platform;
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.

5. SERVICES & PAYMENTS
5.1 Available Services
VisaBot may offer the following paid services:
A. Notification Service
Email and/or push notifications regarding available visa appointment slots.
B. Auto-Booking Service
A service that attempts to book a visa appointment on your behalf based on the information you provide.
C. Manual Assistance / Consultation
Human-assisted support related to visa preparation or appointment processes.
5.2 Pricing & Currency
  • All payments are one-time payments unless otherwise specified.
  • The default currency is USD; however, pricing may be displayed and charged in a local currency based on the user’s IP location.
  • All payments are processed exclusively via Stripe.

6. REFUND POLICY
6.1 Notification Service (Service A)
Once the notification service has started, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
6.2 Auto-Booking Service (Service B)
The auto-booking service operates on a two-stage payment model:
  • Initial Service Fee – payable before booking attempts begin;
  • Success Fee – payable only if an appointment is successfully booked.
The initial service fee is non-refundable once booking attempts begin.
The success fee becomes payable only after a successful booking and is non-refundable.
6.3 Manual Assistance (Service C)
All payments for manual assistance or consultation services are final and non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

7. SERVICE PROVIDED “AS IS”
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or successful outcomes.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
  • We shall not be responsible for decisions or actions of embassies, consulates, visa centers, or third-party systems;
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to us during the one (1) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including but not limited to payment processors, notification providers, analytics services, and cloud hosting providers.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party systems.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not:
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services;
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract platform data;
  • Use automation to interfere with system functionality;
  • Impersonate another individual or entity;
  • Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, trademarks, branding, and materials associated with VisaBot are the exclusive property of Alaydad LLC.
No rights are granted except for limited, personal, non-commercial use of the Services.

12. DATA & PRIVACY
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Data is stored and processed using third-party cloud infrastructure providers located primarily in the United States.

13. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without liability.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.
If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware.

16. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
